The Commission Process
From brief to deployed programme.
Five steps. The project price is fixed and agreed before production begins. No surprises.
Before any commitment
Scoping conversation
We discuss the brief — what the programme needs to cover, who the audience is, what materials you have, and what the deployment context looks like. From that conversation we identify the right tier, confirm whether a subject matter expert is needed, and establish whether GlobalU Business can deliver to the required standard. No commitment on either side.

Content Readiness Assessment
Before the project price is confirmed, GlobalU Business reviews all source materials provided. This assessment determines whether the materials meet the quality standard required for the agreed tier, identifies any gaps, and confirms the final project scope. Tier selection can only be confirmed after this assessment — not before.

On delivery
Delivery and IP transfer
The completed programme is delivered in the agreed format — platform-ready, SCORM-compatible. The remaining 50% is invoiced on delivery. IP ownership transfers to the client on receipt of final payment. Rights revert per the IP model agreed at scoping and documented in the project agreement.
