Programme Structure

Understand what financial statements reveal about a company’s health and performance. This module introduces the key components of financial reporting, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. It also covers working capital management and emphasizes the use of financial ratios to assess liquidity, profitability, and solvency.

Learn how management accounting supports both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy. This module introduces core concepts such as cost classification, cost management techniques, and profitability analysis across customers, products, and services. It also provides a foundation for understanding break-even point (BEP), as well as operational and financial leverage. Additionally, participants will explore how management accounting is applied within ERP systems.

Develop the skills needed to evaluate and make sound investment decisions. This module focuses on the concept of incremental cash flows and introduces key financial evaluation tools such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Net Present Value (NPV). Participants will learn how to assess project viability and support capital budgeting decisions.
